Boswellia is relatively gentle on the gastrointestinal track and in fact is often used to aid digestion and provide colonic support. Boswellia powder acts as a natural anti-inflammatory for dogs. Maintains joint elasticity and all round mobility through support of ligament, tendon and joint health.
The appropriate dosage of Boswellia for dogs in the UK depends on the dog's weight and the product being used. 
Generally, a good starting point is 5-10mg of Boswellia per pound of body weight, if using a powder. 
For example, a 10kg dog (22lbs) could start with 110mg - 220mg of Boswellia per day.
