Takes a long time to melt, unlike diary ice cream so will keep them entertained for alot longer!
 
Instructions are as follows:
1. For every 50g of mix add 100ml of water, mix well until a smooth mash potato type texture is acheieved.
2. You can scoop into tubs, pots or moulds and get as creative as you like!
3. For soft scoop freeze for 3-4 hours, for a longer lasting treat freeze for longer or over night.
Hint: To get the perfect pre-portioned scoops, use a wet ice cream scoop on the ice cream immediately after mixing then freeze In individual scoops!
