Rosehip powder 50g

Joint support: Rose hips are beneficial for dogs due to their rich content of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, particularly vitamin C, which supports joint health, immune function, and overall well-being. Rosehips can help reduce inflammation and pain, especially in dogs with arthritis, and may also improve coat condition and digestion.

Immune System Support:

Vitamin C, vitamin A, and other antioxidants in rosehips help strengthen the immune system and protect against free radicals, which can damage cells.

A strong immune system helps dogs fight off infections and stay healthy.

General Guidelines:

Dosage Recommendations:

Dogs under 7.5kg: Consider halving the recommended dose, potentially 1.25g daily for maintenance.

Dogs 10kg: 2 grams daily is a common starting point.

Dogs 15kg and above: May require 2.5-5g daily, potentially with a loading dose (double the maintenance dose) for the first few weeks.

Dogs 30kg and above: Could require 5-10g daily or more, possibly 15g divided into two doses.

Important Considerations:

Start Slowly:

If your dog has a sensitive stomach, introduce the powder gradually, starting with a small amount and increasing it over time as tolerated.

Consult your Veterinarian:

Always consult with your veterinarian before starting any new supplement for your dog, especially if they have existing health conditions or are on medication.
